On Friday evening you will be required to put up your tent and eat a meal. The rest of the evening is free time.

On Saturday we are staying at the Dalesbridge Centre, Austwick, Near Settle. This is a lovely campsite with showers.

On Sunday we will be aiming to finish between 2.30pm and 4pm at
Burton in Lonsdale Playing Fields carpark, Bentham Moor Road, High Bentham, Lancaster, LA6 3LJ. There are two smallish carparks but plenty of pubs in Burton in Lonsdale. We will aim to call you about an hour an a half before your son/daiughter finishes but feel free to already be in the area.

The postcode does not take you to the pavillion but the map below shows roughly where the carparks are.

Here is a route to the carpark from Ormskirk and it takes about an hour and a quarter.

They need food for the following meals:

Friday Evening

Saturday breakfast, lunch, tea

These meals should replace lost calories and should be substantial. We did some work on meals at the training sessions, so they should know what they need.

Weather reports for the weekend are as follows (but they may change, check yourself)

Friday evening – Light showers and a gentle breeze

Saturday – Light cloud and a gentle breeze

Sunday – Light cloud and a gentle breeze
